Framework administrator - No experience in framework neededAdministration experience needed, idealy within construction8.15am - 5pmFully office basedFawkes & Reece are working with a large construction company in the recruiting of a Framework administrator for their office in Cambridge.The role will ideally suit someone from an administration, marketing or business development or bid leading background, not necessarily from a main contractor background, perhaps from a subcontractors background.The role:* The Framework Assistant will support the Framework Manager in developing an operational programme of work on a variety of Frameworks in line with the Companys strategic objectives and its Vision, Mission and Values. They will be responsible for helpingmonitor and audit the frameworks, engaging in business improvement programmes and establishing and meeting customer needs.y* Achieve key gateways and KPIs for the Frameworks* Identify and capture company differentiators on the Frameworks.* Help support the successful rebid of our Frameworks from day one.* Help our Framework Manager in managing all national frameworks within the group and review strategically the business opportunities from each framework.* To ensure that we respond to all framework objectives, KPIs and reports.* To ensure that we keep a close relationship with the framework contacts.* To ensure that we continually develop the workings of our business to suit the framework requirements and emerging legislative requirements.* To inform and upskill people within each operating company on how framework bids are to be implemented.Skills needed:Computer skills - need to be proficient on Microsoft Office packages (preferably with some experience of the 2010 suite - Word, Excel, Outlook). Any experience with Adobe InDesign would be beneficial but not essential as full in-house training will beprovided.Excellent spoken and written English.A good, clear telephone manner is essential as there will be client interface during the course of the daily works.A good team player, able to work independently and as part of a team.A clean driving license, as whilst the role if based in the Cambridge office, there will be a need to utilise a company pool, car to go and hold site visits on our operational sites in the area (max 1hour from Cambridge).Please apply to be considered.
