Due to the pandemic, schools and children have not been ableto perform to the level and standards that they normally would which has resulted in students falling behind academically. Schools are now looking to get their students back up to speed by increasing the amount of support and help available by hiring morestaff.The College in Cambrudge are looking for people who are ambitious and passionate about working with children and want to make a difference. They also need the person to be willing to commit to a long term role and someone who is reliable with attendanceand punctuality. Candidates who have a background as a graduate, nanny, care worker, youth worker, sports coach or any other previous experience that you think would have transferable skills would be highly recommended to apply.Training and additional qualifications will be available and also the opportunity for progression within the College. Please note hours of work for this role are between 8.30 - 4.30pmImmediate starts are available pending references being received.
