Our client is a leading manufacturer of plastic packaging solutions. With a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry leading standards. They are looking for a number of multi-skilled maintenance engineers, ideally mechanical biased to join their growing engineering team.Role & Responsibilities:*Carry out electrical & mechanical maintenance of various production & packaging machinery*Maintaining paper to cardboard converters, printing machines, conveyors, slitters & cutters and corrugated packaging machines*Electrical & mechanical installation & project work*PLC - electrical fault finding*Building services, site services & HVAC / plant maintenance*Working on hydraulics, pneumatics, inverters, motors & gearboxes Knowledge, Skills & Experience:*Ideally multi-skilled Mechanical biased maintenance engineer*Minimum apprenticeship trained to NVQ Level 2*Need to have experience with thermoforming or Plastics. *Ideally Worked on PLCs - electrical fault finding*Background - FMCG, packaging, corrugated or food manufacturing*Flexible to working additional hours and overtimeBenefits Package:*Salary:- £39k-£44k + Overtime *Shifts: - 4 on 4 off Days & Nights*Benefits:- Private Pension, Bonuses, 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Suitable candidates should apply immediately by calling our Managing Consultant for this vacancy - Ashley Reynolds on or by sending your CV directly to him at We regret that this client is not prepared to sponsor work permit or work permit transfer applications.
