Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a start-up business as a key member of the senior leadership team. Within this role you will be involved in all aspects of the business.Our clients vision is to offer a net zero carbon solution to electronic waste recycling. With the UK producing 1.5 million tonnes of electronic waste per year and globally 57 million tonnes the challenge is both massive and hugely exciting.Main purpose of the role:

  • Set and lead the culture of the Cambridge operation.
  • Find, hire and develop a team to celebrate success and overcome the challenges this journey will bring.
  • Ensure that the business plan is delivered or exceeded with full P&L ownership.
  • Develop standard operating procedures as a blueprint for future expansion.
  • Establish a framework to facilitate compliance to all required standards (ISO, Governmental etc).
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience within the food manufacturing sect or brewing industry would be highly advantageous.
  • People management
  • P&L management
  • Process documentation creation
  • Problem solving
