Job Description

Conformance Approvals Manager Cambridge£55-65K with attractive benefits package including private healthcare, pension, bonus, dental plan, life assurance, flexible starting hours, an early finish on Fridays and the opportunity to work for a highly respected Cambridge business.Conformance Approvals Manager:

  • Strong leadership ability
  • Proven product approvals and conformance test experience
  • The RED (previously R&TTE) Directive
  • CE Marking Directive
  • Legal requirements in relation to Company D.O.Cs
  • IP and Environmental certifications
  • WEEE, RoHS and REACH Directives and certificates
  • RF test measurement, use of network analysers, oscilloscopes etc
    • Unique opportunity for a hands-on Conformance Approvals Manager / Senior Conformance Engineer to lead a small conformance team and create the conformance roadmap for a thriving business in the wireless communications space. You should have proven experience in product approvals and conformance testing with the ability to demonstrate technical leadership. As Conformance Approvals Manager you will performance manage and be the functional lead, devising test plans to ensure that product designs meet all the relevant requirements and that production continues to meet the original design intent. You will carry out conformance testing to relevant standards both on-site and at third party test houses; analyse ATE results and take responsibility for scoping new approvals processes and standards.Don’t miss out on this exciting Conformance Manager opportunity.
