You will work closely with and support Managers by taking responsibility for managing aspects of the OCR Compliance Teams processes.The team currently has permanent and fixed term contract positions available.About the roleAs a Compliance Assistant Manager, you will support the Managers to maintain and build public, customer and regulatory confidence in OCRs assessments and processes, and help to ensure OCR maintains the integrity of its qualifications and remains compliantwith statutory and regulatory requirements.You will work with customers, stakeholders, other awarding organisations and OCR leaders to innovate and improve the Compliance Teams processes and OCRs customer experience.This is a varied and demanding role for an experienced assistant manager. You will be an essential part of a strong, supportive team focused on delivering the right outcomes for our learners.About youYou will work well under pressure and have experience of problem solving and process management, with the ability to achieve a high level of quality, consistency, and customer service to ensure results are issued on time.You will be able to investigate, assimilate, analyse, and interpret technical information and be able to act with impartiality, tact, and sensitivity on complex and confidential matters.You will have experience of managing staff and be able to develop your team members in their roles.
