Full and part time hoursConsistent and reliableReed Community Care has a great opportunity for a support worker to join us in supporting one of our clients.We are looking for a specific person to support a client of ours, he is a young man in this early 20’s looking for someone who is able to support him to continue to grow his independent living skills in his own home. They need to be consistent and flexiblein their approach to support him, he needs to have someone that is willing to get to know him well and that is able to advocate for him when required. His staff members need to be fair and respectful. The gentleman is very able but struggles with social skillsdue to his autism, he is independent but needs support to ensure his safety.We are looking for a support worker who is able to support the client with;House hold tasks.
