Job Description

Role: Chef de PartieLocation: CambridgeEmployer: CollegeSalary: £15 an hourPlatinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-known college in Cambridge and has the opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team on a permanent basis.Whats in it for you

Why choose our ClientOur client, a college in Cambridge is currently searching for a motivated Chef de Partie to work in their school kitchen. As the new Chef de Partie, you will be running a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients and helping deliver a smooth lunchservice. Working days for this role are Monday - Friday, 06:30 - 14:30 or 11:00 - 19:00. You will need to be working also one weekend in 6 weeks.A valid enhanced DBS is essential for this role.Whats involved
  • Previous Chef experience preferably within a school setting
  • Passionate and aims to cook the highest quality and freshest food possible
  • Ensuring full Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
  • Good motivator and able to work well within a team
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • A positive outgoing disposition and real can-do approach
