Job Description

Cat D PCV Coach Driver – Spider is advertising on behalf of a reputable family-owned business providing VIP and luxury coach travel are looking to recruit an experienced Cat D PCV Coach Driver on a permanent basis with both full time and part time (school hours) contracts available. Successful Cat D PCV Coach Driver candidates will be based from their Ely headquarters, with potential earnings available of £18,500 to £31,000 plus benefits for full-time and 3-hour minimum pay sets for part-time school driving.As a Cat D PCV Coach Driver, you will be providing services for a host of different clients and occasions (no two days are ever the same). Including corporate travel, excursions, airport transfers, race days, and school trips. You will be expected to maintain high levels of professionalism throughout, offering a friendly, helpful, and courteous service to passengers at all times.They pride ourselves on our clarity and transparency of shift patterns for their Cat D PCV Coach Drivers. They have a computerised system in place that their drivers have access to, so they can see what work and hours they are booked for well in advance.Skills and attributes required:

  • Experienced Coach or Bus Driver with a category D licence
  • Based from the company’s purpose-built site close to Ely, you should be within easy daily travelling distance and could be living or looking for work in the Ely, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough or Bury St Edmunds areas
  • Well organised and reliable individual with a tidy and smart appearance
  • Used to dealing with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Able to cope with sometimes challenging situations, while never losing focus on driving priorities
    • In return, you will be paid on an hourly rate and receive weekly pay with overall earnings equating to £18500 - £31000 per annum.
