We are currently looking for a CADD Manager to join a leading drug discovery CRO company based in the Cambridge area. As the CADD Manager you will be responsible for managing and mentoring your team, who will be at varying stages of your career, as wellas driving drug discovery projects to completion using your knowledge and expertise.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Your duties as the CADD Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. You will lead the CADD team by analysing performance, providing feedback and motivating/developing staff.,2. You will be the driving force behind drug discovery projects, providing confidence and expertise to the rest of the team.3. You will represent the team internally in company meetings and externally in business development environments; meeting external clients.ROLE REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the CADD Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:1. PhD/MSc in computational chemistry or a relevant field.2. Proven industry experience in computer-aided drug design3.
