Technical Business Development Manager - Contract Electronics Manufacturing / kitting. Our client a leading contract electronics manufacturer, seeks a dynamic Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth. Specialising in high-quality electronic manufacturing and distribution solutions, we pride ourselves on tailored services for diverseindustries.Location: Home-based anywhere in the UK with customer travel and monthly visits to company site. Car allowance provided. Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy: - Develop and execute effective strategies for new business growth. - Identify and target new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. - Industry Expertise: - Utilise extensive experience in electronics manufacturing to propose tailored solutions. - Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape. - Client Relationship: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Act as a trusted advisor, offering technical expertise and guidance. - Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address client needs. - Negotiation: - Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts. - Ensure terms align with company objectives and standards. Qualifications:- Proven sales experience in contract electronics manufacturing or electronic kitting. - In-depth technical knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and components. - Demonstrated success in client relationship building. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Valid drivers license: willingness to travel as needed.
