Job Description

BMS Engineer - Cambridge - £50,000/£55,000Do you have an understanding of BMS Control systemsAre you a supervisor looking to put your skills to the test elsewhere or want to step up in a lead roleAre you looking to join an industry leading Company who invest heavily in their training and employee progressionAn excellent role on offer a BMS Controls/Commissioning Supervisor looking to join an industry leading company based in their prestigious building, with plans of an exciting expansion in the coming years.You will undergo Trend and Schneider controls product training, whilst progressing your career into Commissioning and Building Management Systems, where you will receive ongoing training and progression into management positions.This is a highly regarded company in the FM sector and the world’s leading company whom work with some of the most prestigious clients.The Role:

  • BMS Engineer/Controls Supervisor
  • Technical Support, Diagnosis, Preventative maintenance, customer relations.
  • £50/55,000 + Overtime + Bonus + Training + Progression
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • You will receive on-going product training on Schneider and Trend 963, becoming a technical expert in the field.
  • Mentoring and developing Commissioning Engineers
  • Leading one other BMS Engineer on a day to day basis
  • Pre-commission panels and field devices
  • Commissioning and testing of the BMS system
  • Writing control strategy in compliance with the BMS system
  • Demonstration and handover of the BMS system
  • Perform Site Acceptance Tests
  • Communicate with customer on site
  • PPM Service & Inspection Visits
  • You will need to be ambitious, driven and enjoy taking on new challenges, good communication and have problem-solving skills for this role.
