Job Description

Maxxima’s nursing team are currently recruiting for a Band 3 Integrated care worker to fill a full-time role in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a significant understanding of working in intermediate care within the NHS.In this NHS role, you will be dealing with Care plan delivery in patients’ homes for patients on discharge to access pathway. You will be providing personal care, meal prep, washing and dressing, meds administration (not essential comp). This role requires moving and handling competencyThis role will be Monday – Sunday working across 7 days between 7.5-37.5 hours per weekThe pay rate for this Band 3 integrated care worker is £13.00-£20.00 per hour (Umbrella).Requirements of this Band 3 integrated care worker vacancy:

  • Must be an experienced HCA / care worker
  • Must have experience working in intermediate care
  • Must have experience of care planning
