Pure are currently partnering with an international charity who are currently looking to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team in Cambridge.This is a newly created position due to consistent growth, you will be joining an established team that believe in a supportive working environment and feel passionate about the work they produce. The role offers hybrid working which will be 1 day in the Cambridgeoffice and the rest worked from home.This position will report into the Financial Planning Manager and will have line management responsibility for 2 Finance Assistants and 1 Finance Analyst, the main responsibilities of this role are as follows -- Support on the preparation of the management accounts both globally and regionally- Ensure project managers that have budget responsibility are supplied with accurate and timely financial information- Work with the project teams to help provide actions to mitigate financial risk- Support the UK audit process and assist with the UK statutory accounts preparation- Support the audit process for some international offices- Support in improving financial understanding and awareness of staff members with budget responsibilities.The successful candidate must be ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified and have previous line management experience, you must have proven business partnering experience at senior levels within a commercial or charitable environment.Alongside a competitive salary this organisation offer an excellent benefits package including a 12% employer pension contribution.
