Were working with an innovative agency in Cambridge, currently going through an extended period of growth who are on the lookout for a new member for their marketplace team. The role can be predominantly home based, though the preference is for somebodywho could spend one or two days per week in the Cambridge office.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in Amazon advertising though candidates operating at a more senior level with more extensive experience both in management and Amazon will also be considered, as the roles seniority and responsibilitiescould flex depending on the incoming experience. Additional skills are account management ability, commercial aptitude, leadership qualities.We are not just seeking somebody to a job, but somebody to be a potential future member of a senior management team, somebody capable of both performing a duty, but also add to and be involved in the growth of a really exciting and already successful project.You will be taking the lead on driving clients objectives, strategising, managing and executing campaigns to drive growth and meet the KPIs. You will set up and run successful Amazon Search campaigns, leveraging your expertise, analytics and tooling tocontinuously optimise and improve the campaign performance.As a key member of the team you will be responsible for multi-million £ campaigns across multiple markets in EMEA and North America. You will take ownership of the planning, implementation, budget management and reporting for your clients. You will workclosely with the agency client managers and content team to work together to meet our client and business goals. You have the ability to attend client meetings and talk through the campaigns that you have deployed and share updates on performance buildinga strong relationship through proactive recommendations and campaign management.About You
