Job Description

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-known and globally recognised Cambridgeshire business as they seek to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role has become available due to an internal promotion, and within this role youwill report into the Finance Director. This role offers hybrid working arrangements, with up to 2 days a week being worked from home.As the incoming Accounts Assistant, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:- Processing purchase invoices- Bank reconciliations- Assisting with payment runs- Processing employee expenses- Credit card statements and reconciliations- Dealing with any supplier queries- Additional duties as per the full job descriptionAs the successful candidate you will have some previous experience working within a finance team. You will possess excellent communication skills on both a written and verbal level, and be comfortable building rapport with internal and external stakeholders.Other attributes you will possess include:- Strong attention to detail- Adaptable in your working manner- Ability to work to deadlines- Good IT literacy skillsThis role is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business with growth plans for 2024 and beyond.
