Our client is a global business that focuses on producing pioneering capital equipment for multi discipline markets. Having been established for over 150 years, they are renowned for their gold standard products and have an excellent reputation in the industry. We are currently working with the Microscopy division to source a credible Software Team Leader to join the established development team - this division is the leading manufacturer of microscope systems globally. The product line spans a broad spectrum from light microscopes and systems for laser scanning microscopy through to electron microscopes. This team focus on producing imaging software that coincides with their microscopy systems, and control software to aid in the operation.RoleWe are looking for an experienced team leader with strong C# development skills to provide the team with effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily and you will actively contribute to the code base. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.Requirements
