Professional Services ManagerLocation: Leeds Due to business expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Professional Services Manager to join our dynamic team.Are you a proven leader and a technology enthusiast who wants to work at one of the fastest growing MSPs in the UKAs the Professional Services Manager at PTG you will head up a Team of highly skilled engineers and consultants delivering a wide range of complex services and solutions. You will be a proven leader who is at the forefront of technology. You will need tobe a proactive and innovative individual with the ability to manage, grow and motivate a team to ensure targets are met. This is the perfect role for someone who is career driven and is looking for the opportunity to make a real difference.As the Professional Services Manager your role will include;

  • Drive, implement and maintain effective management systems and procedures
  • Provide clear strategic, direction and leadership
  • Motivation of the team to ensure targets and goals are not only met but surpassed.
  • Resource planning, Utilisation reporting, Financial forecasting
As a Professional Services Manager you will need:
  • Experience as a leader within a technical role
  • Experience within the MSP arena
  • To be Customer centric, with excellent customer service skills to communicate technical support issues in a non-technical manner with patience and care.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage resources to match workload within exacting delivery timescales
  • Experience of dealing with difficult situations and escalations that may arise.
  • Solid commercial awareness
  • Stakeholder management experience
