Job Description

HGV Class 1 Drivers - Permanent Role - Up to £14.98p/h - Callington-Night Trunking -Immediate Starts - Apply Now!Ignition Driver Recruitment are actively seeking qualified HGV Class 1 Drivers in theCallington area, to work for for one of the UKs food manufacturing companies in Cornwall. You must have 12 months experience driving an HGV to qualify for this role.YOU MUST HAVE A FULL & VALID CLASS 1 LICENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.Why should you work for Ignition Driving Recruitment asan HGV Class 1 Driver

Responsibilities & Duties for our HGV Class 1 Drivers:
  • Driving a HGV Class 1 vehicle
  • Trunking
  • Delivering stock to Regional Distrubution Centres
  • Chilled trailer work
  • Minimal manual handling
  • Vehicle Checks pre and post shift (this is an industry standard)
  • Route paperwork as standard
TheShift times & working hours of an HGV Class 1 Driver:
  • Ongoing work
  • Various shift times available
What do we need from you to be an HGV Class 1 Driver
  • Full Class 1 driving licence (C+E) with a minimum 1 yeardriving experience
  • 90 days tacho recordedwithin the last 180 days
  • We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements
  • Digi Tachograph &DCPC Card required
  • Completion of a driving assessment
