Sous Chef - luxury hotel - Uckfield - live in available We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the brigade to deliver amazing quality dishes to 2 AA Rosette standard, offering a mixture of contemporary and traditional dishes.The PlaceOur client is part of a luxury hotel group. This hotel is a beautiful luxury country house hotel on the outskirts of Uckfield with a stunning restaurant, lounge bar and private dining options, creating fantastic memories for the hotel guests.The PerksThe Sous Chef will receive:

The PersonThe Sous Chef will have:

• Experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food environment, ideally to 2 AA Rosette level in a multi outlet, luxury hotel environment
• The ability to deputise for the Head Chef in their absence
• A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes
• Dedication, motivation and positivity
• Flexibility to cover shifts as required
• Passion to deliver outstanding hospitality whilst demonstrating good food knowledge
• The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner
• As the hotel is located in a rural location outside of Uckfield, having your own reliable transport is essential if not living in.
