Salary: £22,777 - £28,472 per annum depending on experience + 25 days hols + 8 Bank Holidays + PensionBenefits: Performance Bonus + Retail Savings Scheme + training and development opportunities in line with the Project Co-ordinator progression planLocation: Bradford - Hybrid working, a mix of office and home based workingWhat will the role involveYou will deliver overall project administration for the delivery of capital projects across the Programme Delivery department. You will be assigned projects to support and will assist Project Managers to maintain an ongoing work plan and will ensure thatall work carried out is in alignment with the goals and objectives of the business as defined by the Programme Delivery Leadership team.You will follow corporate governance procedures for assisting Project Managers with project funding authorisations, through to asset settlement and project closure.Some key role responsibilities include the following - Provide support to Project Managers in provision of project administration. Follow corporate governance processes and procedures for project delivery. Act as the main administrative liaison officer with the Contract Partners and other departments of Asset Management, in particular the Asset Programme Management & Finance Business Partnering (Assets) team; Co-ordinate and manage the booking and minutes of joint Asset Solutions and Contract Partner management meetings. Analyse and interpret data through analysing project reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Arrange meetings, set agendas, take minutes and create, update and maintain action, risk and issues logs Support Project Managers by updating project or contract documents, drafting contracts, administering the project management financial system and producing governance approval information Analyse and capture project out performance and cycle times, and report this information to Senior Managers Support communication activities, such as presentations, newsletters, dissemination of key information to Contract Partners, training events and collaborative team building events Collate project completion data capture and carbon data from the Contract Partners and disseminate this information to the relevant parties in a timely manner Be responsible for ensuring returned contracts comply with contracting excellence standards Highlight to Project Managers, project discrepancies in the reports provided by the Asset Programme Management & Finance Business Partnering (Assets) teamWhat key skills are requiredThe successful candidate will have had previous experience of projects, partnership working and financial management.A confident communicator, with strong report writing and presentation skills. You will be comfortable building up effective working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.Highly organised, you will have excellent analytical and reporting skills and have good knowledge of financial systems such SAP/BRM/IAP/PPMS.If you feel this opportunity is suitable and you match the skills required, then please apply online and complete the application process.
