Duties include: * Coordinating bookings from a variety of third parties, as well as organising any changes to these* Handling multiple customer queries at any one time over the phone * Completing administration using MS Office and in-house systems* Handling a variety of customer emails* Liaising with different teams internally and businesses externally* Attending meetings with clients alongside the Director to provide positive customer outcomesWe are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers over the telephone and via email, who have a passion for providing the highest level of service and gain satisfaction from handling queries from start to finish. You will also have excellent attentionto detail and strong IT skills.
