Job Description

* Full-time permanent management role, working 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday* 4 days per week in the office with either a Monday or Friday working remotely* Exciting time to develop a long term career* Benefits include incentives, birthday day off, free gym classesAre you currently working in a team leader or management role and looking to take the next step in your career Are you looking to join a company with has a true vision for growth and who has a passion for providing the highest standards of customer serviceWorking in this varied and rewarding position, you will be overseeing a customer service team, working with the senior management team, including creating MI reports. You will already have experience leading a team, monitoring KPIs and analysing statistics, as well as providing support and training.Duties include:* Managing the customer service team, setting and monitoring KPIs* Analysing statistics to motivate and develop staff* Streamline and update processes* Working with third parties to ensure work is completed on time* Ensuring systems and administration is completed accurately, including auditing of information * Handling any complex calls and supporting the team* Understanding industry regulations and processes* Reporting to Directors on department development, KPIs and statistics* Producing MI reports for senior management team* Attending external meetings and reviews* Undertaking weekly meetings, 1:1s, training and development for the team* Dealing with any issues within the team, as well as managing leaveWe are looking for:* Experience of setting and monitoring KPIs* A depth of understanding of customer service teams* The ability to produce reports and analyse customer service data* A passion for developing a team in order to provide the highest levels of customer service* Excellent communication and IT skillsIf you are ready to take the next step in your career and have a solid background working within customer service or sales, along with supervisory, team leader or management experience, call us or apply today!
