This a busy role which requires someone who is committed to providing the best possible service to customers.Duties include: * Coordinating bookings from a variety of third parties, as well as organising any changes to these* Handling multiple customer queries at any one time over the phone * Completing administration for all customer cases using MS Office and in-house systems* Handling a variety of customer emails* Liaising with different teams internally and businesses externallyWe are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers over the telephone and via email, have a passion for handling queries from start to finish.
