* Office based customer services position, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays 9am-5.30pm* Hybrid working after first 6 months training, extra birthday day off and free gym classes* Excellent career progression due to exciting growth plansAre you looking for a customer service role where you can really make a difference working in a friendly and supportive office This is a busy and varied role, speaking with customers over the phone, handling queries from start to finish, as well as liaisingwith a range of external companies and completing supporting administration. Duties include: * Coordinating bookings from a variety of third parties, as well as organising any changes to these* Handling multiple customer queries at any one time over the phone * Completing administration for all customer cases using MS Office and in-house systems* Handling a variety of customer emails* Liaising with different teams internally and businesses externallyWe are looking for candidates who have a passion for helping customers over the telephone and via email, providing the highest level of service and gaining satisfaction from handling queries from start to finish.
