Duties include: * Coordinating bookings from a variety of third parties, as well as organising any changes* Handling multiple customer queries at any one time over the phone* Completing administration for all customer cases using MS Office and in-house systems* Updating systems* Liaising with different teams internallyWe are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers over the telephone and via email, with some experience working in a busy customer-orientated environment, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
