Job Description

* Office based customer services position, core hours Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm* Occasional evening and Saturday work required to complete ad hoc projects, time back given in lieu* Hybrid working after first 6 months training, up to 2 days per week working from home* Supportive team environment, extra day off for birthday, wellbeing incentives, free gym classesDo you enjoy providing a first-class customer service where you can really make a difference Are you looking to take these skills to the next level, working in a friendly and supportive office environment This is a busy and varied role, handling complex customerqueries from start to finish over the phone, as well as liaising with a range of external companies and completing supporting administration.Duties include: * Coordinating bookings from a variety of third parties, as well as organising any changes to these* Handling multiple customer queries at any one time over the phone * Completing administration using MS Office and in-house systems* Handling a variety of customer emails* Liaising with different teams internally and businesses externally* Attending meetings with clients alongside the Director to provide positive customer outcomesWe are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers over the telephone and via email, who have a passion for providing the highest level of service and gain satisfaction from handling queries from start to finish.
