Job Description

We have an exciting Home Based - Rent Arrears role working from to start from the 4th January. This is an on-going temp work working within the housing sector supporting one of our key clients within the Bolton & Area. 37 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate between - £12 - £15.00 per hour.About The Role:

  • You will be identying and supporting tennants who are in rent arrears.
  • Working from a list of analyse hightlighting areas of rent issues
  • Using a system called QL to update the CRM system
  • Sign posting them to other multi agencies to maximise their income
  • Arrange payment plans in order to clear debt
  • Work in conjunction with the DWP to access benefits for tennants
  • Assist tennants with challenges and be able to assess situations with a firm and fair approach
    • Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Always acts with the customer in mind
  • Excellent influencing and relationship building skills

  • Experience of working within the housing sector is essential
  • Car Driver would be advantageous for the future
