Registered Nurse RGN or RMN - NEW small complex needs unitPrestwich, Bury, GREATER MANCHESTER 38.5 hours per week Full Time Days or Nights£18.25 p/h + excellent benefitsWe are offering this fantastic opportunity for a Nurse to join this charity owned nursing service working on this new complex needs unit opening in the New Year.A specialist dedicated unit based within a large nursing complex in Prestwich, Manchester.We are seeking an RGN or RMN Nurse with mental health experience IDEALLYDuties will include:* Medications * Electronic care plans * Audits * Delegating junior staff * Delivery of quality care * Taking charge in the Unit Managers absence * Working with individualised medication packages You are well supported in this service 4 staff on shift with you plus the other units staffed adequately for additional support as well as a very pro-active clinical management team. A highly reputable successful service achieving GOOD and OUTSTANDING outcomes and PLATINUM status with frameworks and excellent rating with local councilThis role can open the door to many future opportunities within an expanding service, this candidate will have the opportunity to become infection control leader, palliative care/ end of life champion. This is a lead role for palliative care you will be pivotalin the Gold Standards Framework. As an employee of this charity as well as a very attractive hourly rate at £18.25 per hour you will also gain many employee benefits. We can offer full time Days or Nights.You will be contracted to 38.5 hours per week, working 3 then 4 shifts per week for a small Charity based in Greater Manchester - easily commutable from the M60/ M62 or local commuters.
