They are based in Bury and this sits in a well-established finance team of 7.Description

  • Overseeing daily accounting operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Performing financial analysis to guide business decisions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
  • Working closely with the finance team to improve financial processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Contributing to the companys financial strategy and planning.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance Department with other projects as needed.
ProfileA successful Management Accountant should have:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification or otherwise (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, QBE).
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments.
