Job Description

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for either a French, Spanish or Italian speaking Sales Administrator to join an international clothing and fashion branding company. You will have a great responsibility to develop business relationships withFrench, Spanish or Italian speaking clients across Europe.LOCATIONBury, North of Manchester. Office based job, no remote optionLANGUAGESFluency in French, Spanish or Italian is essential.COMPANY AND BACKGROUNDOur client is a leading international export company in the fashion industry.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive international team. Your main role will be to offer full support to French, Spanish or Italian speaking distributors and business customers and will include the following responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders using our in-house IT systems
  • Optimise the flow of stock from the point of order, despatch from the warehouse and final delivery to the customer
  • Build productive relationships with UK and EU warehouses and logistics partners
  • Manage email, web and telephone enquiries from customers
  • Work alongside the wider teams to ensure customers’ queries are resolved in a concise and timely manner
  • Be at the heart of the customer’s journey, commit to going that extra mile and deliver a memorable customer experience
  • Have the potential to represent the company at UK and European trade shows, events and customer meetings
  • Provide ad hoc support to other members of the team during busy periods and holidays.
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
  • Fluency in French, Spanish or Italian is essential. In addition, a working knowledge of other European languages would be useful
  • Previous customer service experience or administrative experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic approach to tasks
  • Eager to learn and progress within the role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
