  • Taking charge of the full client life cycle – from on-boarding through to retention, and everything in-between
  • Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Act as the main conduit for service users, engineers, and data processors (to name a few)
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify underutilised functions, improve interfaces and make suggestions to maximise offerings
  • Build strong and meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Account ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • A recognised degree or accreditation in a relatable field or practical experience in a safety focused civil/rail/infrastructure or similar engineering role
  • The ability to positively engage and communicate across all business levels and all mediums
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Confident enough to make recommendations and provide advice on additional products and services
  • Highly competent with technology, and software systems.
