Clinical Services Manager - CHARITY Nursing Complex, Prestwich GREATER MANCHESTER£43,000 - £45,000 per annumClinical Manager in Prestwich for this unique nursing complex working at OUTSTANDING ratings.The role is to support the Clinical Director and the management team managing a specific area within the care complex ideally we are seeking a current Manager IDEALLY someone with experience in Dementia/ Palliative care but most importantly someone who hasa passion for making a real difference. Responsibilities include:Audits HR Maintenance & Operations Planning and providing expert nursing care Advocate for new patients, instrumental in their admission and reducing hospital admissions by improving the system at the service To work as part of the Clinical Services Team to further develop and improve the service Ideally you will have good nursing experience at a Senior/ Managerial level including Dementia/ Palliative experience. This is a fantastic opportunity working for a small Charity based NEAR Bury, Greater Manchester - easily commutable from the M60/ M62 With recent investments the service has extended, refurbished this complex is one of a kind in the North West, reputable with a long standing team in place. This service comes highly recommended and the successful candidate will be joining a reputable organisation where they can settle and progress.
