Job Description

Competitive basic + uncapped commission, Y1 £35,000-£40,000We are seeking a talented and customer focused Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell products or services to both new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers needs are met
  • Manage customers accounts, including contract negotiation, billing, and issue resolution
  • Analyze customers data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide regular updates and reports to customers on their account status
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
