Challenge-trg have an exciting position available for an On site Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Warrington.Due to organic growth our Warrington site are looking to recruit an On site Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The On site Consultant will be the face of Challenge-trg, instrumental in delivering / surpassing our clients expectations.Hours - 40 Hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday 08.30-17.00pmKey Responsibilities / TasksDaily assessment of volume requirementsForecasting and planning recruitment campaignsInduction, planning and allocation of drivers within the pool.Collating, analysing, and managing site performance against critical metrics.Day to day management of all existing candidatesDelivery of excellent customer service both to internal and external clientAchieve and increase performance across targeted KPIs.Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budget.Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directive.Arrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a pro-active approach.Up-sell to gain growth with client.No out of hours on-call other than supporting the teams in peak periods and various overtime shifts.Key Qualifications / ExperienceSelf-motivated, ambitious and target driven.Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humour.Able to work in a high-pressured environment.Full UK driving license.True desire to be developed and offer growth within the company.What do we offerYearly Bonus structure.Joining a large successful business with a great platformOn site with a key blue chip clientFast career progression and high level of autonomy offered.If you are interested in this position please forward your CV for our immediate attention
