Our customers count on us for exceptional food and service, and as our response to Covid-19 proved, our 6,000-strong workforce is dedicated and proud to play their part in feeding the nation.We are currently recruiting a people centric HR Advisor to join the team in Warrington.The role:Our HR colleagues are a central hub of knowledge, and as an HR Advisor, you’ll bring expertise to ensure that employee relations are effectively managed through coaching line managers whilst monitoring trends and ensuring measures are taken to address them. You’ll be instrumental in rolling out and embedding tactical people plans in line with our ambitious growth strategy and creating an inclusive team working environment.Your success will come from encouraging a can-do culture, in which people are listened to, involved, and believe their contribution is both valued and optimised.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • To support the delivery of the people plan and HR calendar activities.
  • Provide robust and challenging debate on people matters to ensure great commercial decisions are driven with people at the forefront.
  • To ensure all managers have the relevant level of training, coaching and support in leading their teams effectively.
  • Supportwith change initiatives ensuring that they are implemented in accordance with best practice.
  • Producing ER reports, highlighting trends and providing solutions.
  • Supporting line managers in complex ER cases, including attending meetings, note taking and advice.
  • Manage HR & Payroll administrator, ensuring alignment with HR Shared Service processes and GDPR compliance.
  • Work with Head of Employee Relations to support with developing HR policies/procedures.

  • CIPD qualified and experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding stakeholders
  • Strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound and up to date knowledge of employment legislation and law
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a good standard of IT skill
