Our client is the number one for welding quality in the rail industry due to their ability to certify and validate their own work offering guarantees which cannot be rivalledby their competitors. They have an overflowing order book, and as such, they are looking to appoint a new Welding Manager. Our client works with a large network of rail customers, and nuclear submarine builders and maintainers that work with the military tocomplete welding, weld testing & materials testing work.You’ll have the opportunity to manage a variety of different projects with a chance to learn new skills within the rail industry and get the opportunity to work in many different depots with different requirements, cultures and dynamics. You will quote fornew projects whilst visiting depots all over the UK and have regular meetings with important clientele.The OpportunityOur Client are looking for a passionate Welding Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery, from creating project plans to support bids, to delivery and implementation of packages. You will be joining a rapidly growing UK based Welding specialist who havethe financial backing, and support of their American parent company. The UK side of the business have the scope and capabilities to aggressively target new businesses in line with their growth plans; the Welding Manager will play a pivotal part in client engagementand will work closely with clients to manage finances of the projects.Location:
