Job Title: Welder FabricatorLocation: Burton on Trent areaDuration: PermanentPay Rate: 30420k-33360kOur client is looking to recruit a Welder Fabricator for a permanent position to join a very experienced team working with modern equipment in an up to date and well-paced environment.Experience with carbon steel in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 10mm, all MIG welding, experience with TIG would be advantageous.You will be responsible for precise welding and fabrication duties to ensure the production of high-quality components, all of which are regarded as Bench work.Candidates must have own transport due to site location.Key Duties & Responsibilities:* Operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols relevant in a workshop environment.* Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.* Prior experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous.* Read and interpret engineering drawings competently.Hours of Work:* Monday to Thursday - 7am to 4pm* Friday - 7am to 1pm* Overtime is also available at the employers discretion.--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
