Valuer / Lister - Burton Estate AgencyJob title: Valuer / ListerLocation: Burton Upon TrentPackage: Basic c£23-25k Dep on exp, + Commission£4k car allowanceContract Type: Full Time /PermanentIndustry: Estate AgencyHours: Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturdays on rota 9:00am - 4:00pmWindmill9 Consulting are working with a long established, multiple award winning, multi branch property services company who are passionate about their business and work tirelessly to ensure customers receive the best possible service at all times.The company deal with all aspects of property, including Sales, Lettings, Auctions, Land & New Homes.Due to continued success, They are seeking a confident, enthusiastic and successful property valuer/lister to be part of the very successful team at their Burton branch..Ideally you will already have a proven track record in Valuing, or currently work as a Senior Negotiator, with some experience, and looking to take the next step in your estate agency career.Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping customers make their dream move
  • Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
  • Working towards set targets, both individually & as a team
  • Deputising for Branch Manager as necessary, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
  • Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring
  • Ensure clients receive the best possible service
Skills, know-how and experience required:
