UX / UI Product DesignerBurton Upon Trent£45,000 to £50,000 per annumGSA Techsource are currently recruiting for a UX / UI Product Designer who will be working for a global gaming company.Our client is very excited to be looking for a UX / UI Product Designer to join their innovative iGaming team. The role will be focused on further improving the digital user experience across the entire iGaming product range (iCasino, iVirtuals and iLottery).The clients online and mobile interactive division is a fast growth business, serving content through their remote gaming servers in globally regulated markets. Sitting within the iGaming platforms product team, the client is looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to work in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineering and Stakeholders. Youll be responsible for creating user-centric designs by understanding businessrequirements, the voice of the customer/player, user journeys, customer feedback, data analytics and usability findingsIts a new role and great opportunity to put in place UX/UI best practice to help humanise technology by having a voice in their continuous discovery, delivery, and optimisation of product features/new products.Main Responsibilities

• Interface design of iGaming platform products (player, customer or internal operational team facing websites, apps, tools and game navigation)
• Critical role in the product discover phase to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Rapid prototyping and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high-fidelity mock-ups
• Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating user-centric approach thru customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design
• Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimisation efforts
• Conduct and own consumer research to test and evaluate User Experience / User Interface designs for new and existing products
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. mobile OS needs, browsers, responsiveness etc)
• Set UX & UI standards for all of the clients iGaming products
• Keen to learn and evangelise the power of UX best practise within the business
• Clearly articulate UX/UI design thinking and process to back rationale for design decisions
• Use online UX research platforms to test prototype ideas across various global markets
• Use prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision, or equivalent to help define requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• Portfolio of UX / UI design projects
• 5+ years experience in UX/UI design
• A real passion for UX / UI design for digital products
• Further educated to degree level or equivalent (in Design, Computer Science or relevant field)
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experienced using UX tools to prototype and wireframe
• Experience of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Highly computer literate
