Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic position within an ever-evolving International Beverage CompanyFull timeTEMPORARYpositionMonday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pmSalary £10.60 P/HRequired Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Computer literate
Top line roles & responsibilities
  • Track progress of tanker cleaning, filling and emptying versus plan on site at Burton Brewery and remotely for other UK sites
  • Mark progress against issued plan and communicate to key stakeholders
  • Monitor key KPIs for suppliers (list below looks like a good checklist for this)
  • Chase delayed tankers with supplier and update all relevant stakeholders
  • Root cause process followed for failures
  • Attend regular performance meetings with supplier to feedback performance and drive improvements
Tasks (check list)
  • plan sent out on time to all stakeholders
  • tanker arrives on Site on time
  • tanker shunted to tanker bay on time
  • tanker CIPd on time
  • tanker filled on time
  • tanker analysed on time
  • tanker transacted on time
  • tanker leaves site on time
  • tanker arrives at destination on time
  • tanker off loaded on time
  • tanker analysed and released to package on time
  • Root cause identified for each step failuredocumented and communicated to key stakeholders in a timely manner
