A new opening, fresh food pub located in the Burton On Trent region is seeking a Sous ChefRole:A pub group is currently seeking to employ a Sous Chef for their newest opening which will be a fast paced, mainly fresh food operation. The menus at the pub feature pub classics including grills, pies, fish and chips etc with 50% of the menus branded across the group but the other 50% given to the pub to decide what works best for them. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a growing pub group that can offer you excellent opportunities to grow with the company.Requirements:In this Sous Chef role it is important that all chefs are used to working in high volume, mainly fresh food kitchens where you learnt to cope well under pressure.
