We work across the full range of markets that Frazer-Nash operates in, including Transport, Health, Industry, Energy and Defence.RequirementsWhat youll be doing at Frazer-NashWorking within a consultancy environment offers the chance to experience a wide variety of diverse projects across a range of industry sectors; youll be given the opportunity to develop yourself at each step of the project lifecycle, designing softwareand hardware solutions to customers complex problems, managing project delivery, winning work and having the opportunity to work directly with our clients.Some examples of the types of work that you could be involved in include: Designing fast running engineering models to simulate and analyse how complex real-world systems behave. Building user-friendly applications to visualise complex technical systems and make them accessible to end-users.Deploying web-optimised applications and models to leverage cloud technologies, providing new and novel capabilities to our clients. Use agile principles to take projects from concept to production.Throughout our projects we aim to build long-term relationships with our customers and keep helping them with their problems as they evolve over time.What youll needWe are interested in hearing from excellent candidates who want to work in software and cloud engineering. As a minimum requirement youll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:1 in your Bachelors or Masters degree. You may have relevantexperience from University courses that are similar to any on the following list:Computer ScienceComputer Systems EngineeringPhysicsMathematicsMechanical EngineeringAeronautical EngineeringElectronic EngineeringSoftware EngineeringGeneral EngineeringYou will have experience of software development either from your course, work experience or hobby projects which you have done in your spare time.
