Job Description

Lovell are now seeking a Senior Sales Executive - someone to effectively deal with sales enquiries of our new build properties, aiming to maximise conversation rate for enquiry to reservation.You’ll be pro-active in managing, identifying, and achieving sales through the Helping Hands and Part Exchange processes and be responsible for carrying out home demonstrations as and when required. Building good working relationships with the site projectteams, you’ll abide to the Lovell Customer Care procedure, to guarantee customer satisfaction and a loyal customer base. As a Senior Sales Executive, we’ll also look to you to mentor less experienced staff.We’re looking for someone who has proven experience in housing sales, ideally new build, and who can work on their own initiative as part of a team. Your previous housing background will mean you understand the house purchase process and have armed you withknowledge of financial products, data protection, PMA, money laundering and the legal process. With excellent communication skills and a friendly yet professional manner, you’ll have exemplary presentation skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office,particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.Benefits
