Job Description

Company BackgroundEstablished and recognised brand supplying to markets in the UK and Worldwide. Innovative products across several categories that support with the challenges of home improvement, DIY and Construction.Job Role | Senior Product Manager

  • Line management and leadership of 3 Product Managers.
  • Ownership of a Product Category and all related marketing activities.
  • Devise and implement product marketing plans in line with company objectives.
  • Use of the full marketing mix to maximise market penetration and profitability.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging which differentiates whilst reflecting brand values and market positioning.
  • Build knowledge through customer interface, market research, sales analysis, competitor analysis etc.
  • Develop communication plans to maximise awareness and drive demand.
  • Initiate and develop new products/ideas inline with customer needs, regulatory conditions, and methods of use.

  • Applicants must have experience gained from a Product Marketing or Senior Product Management role.
  • Degree education and / or CIM Certificate is desirable.
  • You must be highly computer literate.
  • Creative, with strong communication skills, planning and organising skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
