Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Motion Graphics artist to join a well established team, to be responsible for the creation of motion design. This will be for products, tradeshows and social media.The will be a collaborative role, working with game producers as well as marketing creatives to create impactful, engaging, dynamic and contemporary motion designs.As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer you should be confident in working on your own as well as part of a team. You will have a passion for everything within motion design as well as a strong background in graphic and design principles.Main Responsibilities

  • Produce creative designs and animated buttons for game releases.
  • Design highly creative animated videos with a focus on visual effects and 3D.
  • Manage and deliver projects, sometimes to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality design output.
  • Responsible for marketing graphic design of the companys gaming products including digital and live event materials.
  • Stay on top of opportunities and trends in the gaming market.
  • Work with Marketing Team and Gaming Team to create high-quality marketing assets for different uses and ensure accurate brand representation.
Basic Requirements/Personal Qualities
  • Premier Pro as a minimum
  • Cinema 4D & Blender skills
  • Comprehensive Adobe Creative Suite experience - advanced use of Photoshop, Illustrator, After-Effect, and
  • Experience with Element 3D (common aftereffects plugins)
  • Strong understanding of compressing and encoding video formats.
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritise and drive forward multiple projects at a time.
  • Staying on track with emerging digital trends and engaging with the wider digital creative community
  • A keen sense of personal responsibility, for the quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all work.
  • Ability to storyboard concepts quickly and clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members.
  • Great communication skills. Were a remote-first team so this is hugely important.
  • Proven experience within a similar role and the ability to produce motion design from initial brief right up to completion.
