Are you an IT specialist looking for a new opportunityIf soPertemps have a great new opportunity to become part of successful team on a full-time permanent basis.You will support IT and the telephone function of the Company in the UK/IE to enable accurate and timely support of the business to local employees and management.Main duties include: Ensure equipment and systems are working as per requirements Ensure security (network access, system access, data) Assist in management & control Asset Leasing Assist in management of Application Licensing Manage & Resolve IT & Telecom Support Requests Manage & control Print Solution & contract Manage Telephone systems & contracts Manage Mobile Phones, mobile applications & contracts Manage Internet Lines & contractsAssist in the management of Projects (Enhancements, Upgrades, New Technology) Maintain documentation for all aspects of IT Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness Weekly Meeting & Reporting with Direct Line Manager (Financial Director) First point of contact for IT Key role in onboarding of new users Weekly Meeting/Call with IT Weekly Meeting/Call with Regional IT Team Monthly Meeting/Call with Global IT TeamIn return:Salary - £30-35k depending on experienceBonus - £1,500 which will be pro-rata for 2022.Life Assurance3x basic salary (cover commences on day 1)ER pension contribution 4% rising to 5% after 2yrs with a further increase after 7yrs to 10%BUPA WellbeingCash plan25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (3 days reserved for Christmas Closure)Free on site car parkingIf this sounds like the perfect role for you click apply now !
