Job Description

The Role: My client is an online business and has a new opportunity for a Senior CRM Automation Executive. Working with the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for building out automated customer journeys that will deliver the communications strategy to increase frequency and value of customers and drive revenue. This is a data-led CRM role and not a creative campaign role.Key responsibilities:

  • Build and manage automated customer journeys ensuring excellent UX
  • Segmentation of data and ability to identify new segments of customer and set data triggers
  • Use of RFV - recency, frequency and value to gain maximum commercial returns and introduce new customer strategies
  • Customer journey mapping to analyse all customer touch points to ensure commercial opportunities are maximised
  • Deliver effective engagement activities across all digital channels
  • Utilise data testing techniques
  • Use of CRM system, Emarsys as well as experience of using different ESPs
  • Build data reports and MI on ROI
    • The Candidate: You will have previous experience within a technical CRM role, creating automated email campaigns and planning and delivering CRM marketing activity. Working with a customer insight team including the set-up and maintenance of email marketing journeys and triggers will be second nature to you and you will be naturally numerate and analytical.
