Salary:£highly competitive + valuable benefitsAbout the role:This is an exciting opportunity for a Sample Reception PreparationTechnician tojoin an enthusiastic team supporting the department in Environmental Chemistry with the UK’s number one testing, inspection and compliance company.Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of Environmental Chemistry. Now we need a Technician to perform Analytical tasks and duties tothe required standard, specifications and time constraints. To be responsible for the quality of one’s own work and to undertake non routine tasks as and when required.Your challenge will include:To maintain good laboratory practice at all times, following methods, standard operating procedures, local rules and regulations, maintain equipment and safe working procedures.To keep work area as clean as reasonably possible and work well within the team.To be aware of and conform to the Laboratory Quality system, specifically UKAS (ISO17025) and MCERTS requirements.To project a professional, courteous image and support the business culture and codes of practice at all times.To adhere to and support the Line Manager in attaining the production and quality targets of the department.About you:We’re looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. Communicative, organised, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude.
