Job Description

Our client is a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Burton on Trent; they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part time Sales Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.Hours: Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm - onsite working (no remote working)General duties:

  • Inputting customer sales orders
  • Reception duties - first point of contact for visitors, answering telecoms to give entry to the premises
  • Maintaining database
  • Despatching orders to customers
  • Supporting Sales, Project Management & Finance teams
  • Assisting with purchasing orders
  • Filing paperwork
  • Any other admin task as and when required.
All applicants must be able to commute as there are no bus routes.The successful candidate will be well organised, a team player and have the ability to work under pressure.
